Talent Search & Consulting: We conduct retained and retained-like exclusive contingent searches on behalf of our leading clients, which include major hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and real estate firms, funds-of-funds, seed capital providers, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, consultants, pension plans, endowments and foundations, administrators, trading companies, CTAs, and investment and commercial banks. In addition to representing our company clients, we do, on highly selective basis, exclusively represent best-of-breed professionals within each of our five practice areas. We refer to these individuals as “Premier Candidates”.
Capital Placement & Advisory: We advise and assist portfolio managers and funds with the placement of investment capital. In today’s investment environment, top investment talent must to leave their options open with respect to the type of capital they manage. We are in the constant search for best-of-breed investment talent who will work exclusively with Broadreach Group in the placement of capital. This can take the form of going to work for one of our fund or bank clients in which case it becomes a recruitment exercise. We may simultaneously make introductions on the manager’s behalf to seed and/or limited partenrship capital providers, when appropriate. In other instances, our team is called upon by our fund clients to advise on and source fund acquisitions or we may work on behalf of best-of-breed funds to help them place a general partnership capital stake with a buyer.
