Broadreach Group partners with external recruitment consultants to augment Broadreach Group’s current base of internal partners and employee consultants. We have entered into these partnerships around the globe and across several of our existing 5 search practice areas, to give us a larger, more global, and more experienced team, that can execute priority searches that much faster and that much better. They allow us to assist clients in areas of the world where we are not presently located, and in functional areas where we are not as well staffed. These external partnerships are invisible to our clients but our clients do see the results of a much larger, more global talent firm.
