Broadreach Group seeks to build long lasting consultative partnerships with its clients as well as with the Premier Candidates we exclusively represent. We want to be available to assist our clients at any time on topics ranging from talent search, benchmarking existing teams, compensation, stake acquisition and disposition, and building their own network of peers to further assist their businesses.

We like to know our clients from the top to the bottom of their organizations. We work with very few clients at any one time and throughout our history, most of our Broadreach Group’s business has been repeat business from just a small number of clients.

We conduct every search as if it is retained and, in many cases, a retainer is appropriate and necessary. In other cases, we waive the retainer, but, regardless of whether a search is retained or not, we require search exclusivity. We do extensive original research for each search, our research and profiling is thoroughly documented into a Progress Report which we aim to send to clients on a weekly basis. We like to conduct weekly conference calls with our clients to review the Progress Report.

Our fees are industry standard with fee caps that fall typically below those of our meaningful competitors. We often structure our fees to suit a client’s particular needs or to suit a particular type of placement , such as the placement of a portfolio manager, where the bulk of the compensation derives from the manager’s investment performance.
