Founder, Managing Partner
Brian Grover is Founder and Managing Partner of Broadreach Group. In addition to running the firm, Brian runs two of Broadreach Group's search practices: 1) Investment Talent and 2) Prime Brokerage and Derivatives Talent. Brian also leads our Capital Placement & Advisory effort.
Experience
Prior to founding Broadreach Group in 2004, Brian was Head of Sales for both U.S. Prime Brokerage and Institutional Equity Derivatives at Credit Suisse First Boston. He covered hedge funds and funds-of-hedge funds as a derivatives and equity finance specialist for over 12 years for such firms as J.P. Morgan, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Lehman Brothers.

Education
Brian received Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Maryland. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business.
