We are each specialists, and team members have either come to Broadreach with this industry or domain expertise, or they have developed their specialization while at Broadreach. Each Practice Area is Partner-led and those Partners have significant relevant industry or domain expertise and a vast network which they bring to the table and have further developed while at Broadreach. Partners must be exceptional in a client facing role but also lead the larger or more important searches in their Practice Areas. Other members of the Broadreach team must be equally exceptional, especially in the area of research, as we are a highly research-intensive firm.
