Broadreach Group was formed in February 2004 with a mission to become the most respected and sought after agent in the identification and placement of best-of-breed investment talent on behalf of leading alternative investment organizations. We set out to marry top investment talent with financial capital, in any form – from recruiting investment professionals, to arranging seed and working capital, to arranging limited partnership capital and, finally, to advising on the sale or acquisition of general partnership stakes in funds. This focus on marrying top investment talent with financial capital, in any form, remains a cornerstone of our company.

From these roots, we have expanded the Talent Search & Consulting side of Broadreach to include recruitment of Marketing & Investor Relations Talent, Operations, Finance & Accounting Talent, and Quantitative, Risk Management & Technology Talent. Each of these Practice Areas is led by a Partner who has significant domain expertise.

In 2009, we will add a Private Wealth Management Talent search practice, and we are re-launching our Capital Placement & Advisory business.
