We offer clients two levels of service. For clients who demand their search be given highest priority, we offer a modified retainer fee-based service. Alternatively, we can take on contingent fee assignments if assured a high degree of exclusivity from the client.

We believe we do a better job for both types of clients because of our flexible fee model. The contingent version allows us to see more of what is happening in the market. The retained version often allows us to penetrate a search more thoroughly and be assured of finding the best-of-breed. Our back-end retainer gives clients a free option on our time and gives them comfort that they are not throwing money out the door.
